Scott Ciencin is a novelist and screenwriter who lives in Sarasota, Florida. He
spent the early part of his career writing and directing television commercials,
and served in the same capacity on several short made-for-cable TV movies. His
first two novels were the TSR fantasy best sellers, Shadowdale and
Tantras (written under the pseudonym Richard Awlinson).
He went on to write the time travel novels Glory's End and The Pirate
Paradox as Nick Baron. Under his real name, he is the author of The
Wolves of Autumn and its sequel, The Lotus and the Rose, for Warner.
